2013 Suhr Pro Series Classic (Sherwood Green)

シャーウッドグリーンはやはり美しいですね….新緑の季節も、初夏も過ぎたこの蒸し暑い夏でも爽やかさを感じます。

ネックシェイプはSuhrにしては太めのCシェイプでチョーキングなどで握りこんだ時の踏ん張りがききます。

音はズ・バ・リ・!

トランスペアレントかつハリのある音です。

太めのネックシェイプなのもあってかローの押し出し感が気持ち良いです。

クリーンは存在感がありつつも締まりがある音で、オケでも使いやすそうです。

特にハーフトーンのカッティングとアルペジオは透明感のある良い音でした。

歪みもブライトかつ芯のある音で、深めに歪ませてもつぶれません。

ファットだけどもっさりしないフロント、単体でも使えるセンター、エッジが立ちつつも痛くないリア….正直気に入ってしまいました。笑

ライブ、レコーディング等実戦で使っていきたい方に猛烈プッシュ致します!

2013 Suhr Pro Series Classic (Sherwood Green)

Beautiful Sherwood Green finished body… it looks a bit brighter than Fenders.

It’s got a C-shaped neck that’s slightly fatter than most Suhrs and has a good solid grip.

The clean tone is transparent and easy to get along with your rig.

The fat neck gives it a bold but tight low-end and is great for backing up vocals.

The out-of-phase positions felt very nice playing both rhythm and chord arpeggios.

Dig in with some drive and the tone is bright and gritty and does not lose definition even with a little distortion/fuzz.

A fat but never muddy neck pickup, a center pickup that can stand on its own, a bridge pickup that is never harsh; this thing sounds and feels good.

It’s a great working man’s guitar that will come in handy in recording sessions and live performances.
