最近eBay経由で海外の方より当店の在庫しているギターのお問い合わせや支払方法、値引き等の交渉のメールが届く事がございますが、当店では出品しておりませんのでお答え出来ないという案件が増えております。
同じタイミングで日本の方から同じ内容のメールを頂く事が重なっており、当店といたしましては2つの事柄を関連づけて考えない訳にはいかない事態となっております。

無在庫転売について、現在それを取り締まる法律は無いようです。
しかしながら、当店のロゴの入った写真を転載し、当店の価格に更に転売する方の利益を乗せたフェアではない価格で当店のギターが販売される事は残念でなりません。
eBayでは昨年よりギターの出品が無料で出来るようになったそうですので、今後も出品は増え続けると思われます。
当店はeBayに出品はしておらず、また当店の写真を使用している出品者と一切の関わりはございません。

また2017年のワシントン条約の改正により、ローズウッドを始めとするマメ科の木材を使用したギターの輸出には、経済産業省の発行する輸出許可申請書が必要となりました。
当店では必ず輸出許可を取得しておりますので、ご注文をいただいた場合にはお時間はかかりますが、この1年間トラブル無く、全ての海外のお客様のお手元にギターをお届けする事が出来ました。
eBayでの売買はその限りではございませんのでご注意くださいませ。

We have been receiving inquiries about our guitars’ condition, payment method, price negotiation, etc. from international customers who saw our in-stock guitars on eBay.

We do not list/sell any of our guitars on eBay or any other auction sites nor do we have any association with these eBay sellers and therefore we cannot answer these inquiries.
Since we have had cases where we received a similar inquiry at a similar timing from both an overseas and Japanese customer, it is difficult for us not to think these two inquiries are related.

There is no active law to regulate resellers who do not have any of their listings physically in stock.
However, it is very unfortunate for us to see listings of our stock guitars using our product photos without permission and listing them as their own with an added profit on our sale price. This cannot be called a fair deal for customers.
Listing fee for musical instruments on eBay is now free, and we will not be surprised to see more of these kinds of listings.

Due to changes made on the Washington Treaty starting January 2nd, 2017, international orders for all guitars using Leguminous plants including rosewood will now need a CITES export permit upon shipment. We have applied for and obtained the permit for every guitar that was shipped internationally as required under law, and though the procedure takes time, we have not seen any troubles so far. This may not be the case with eBay transactions.
