Gibson Custom Shop 2014 Historic Collection 1958 Explorer Mahogany VOS

This is 2014 “1958 Explorer Mahogany” model which features the rare TV Yellow finish.

This 1958 reissue model that uses a one-piece mahogany body and neck instead of the original Korina, and is equipped with Custombuckers.

It is in good condition for its age, with some fine scratches across the entire top of the body, a shallow dent on the edge of the 6th string side, fine scratches on the back of the neck, slight colour unevenness and discolouration on the back of the body and neck, and scratches on the pickguard.

The strap pin has been relocated to the joint on the back of the body, and the original hole has been filled.
