Gibson Custom Shop 2025 Murphy Lab 1964 ES-335 Ultra Light Aged

This is the '1964 ES-335 Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged' model, which was finished by the Murphy Lab aging team led by Tom Murphy.

It features the 'Ultra Light Aged' finish, the lightest of four aging levels which recreates the appearance of a vintage guitar that has been carefully stored in its case.

Weighing 7.5 kg, this guitar is relatively lightweight for an ES-335 model. It has a '64 Medium C neck shape, which is slightly thicker than those from the early 1960s, and is equipped with un-potted Custombucker pickups.

There is a small paint chip at the tip of the headstock, but aside from that, there is virtually no damage or fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
