This is the 2019 James Tyler 'Black Classic'.

This passive model features simple controls and no mid-boost, and has JTS5500 pickups in the neck and middle positions, as well as a Secret pickup in the bridge position.

There are multiple scratches and dents across the entire body, with paint peeling at the base of the headstock and several dents at its tip.

There is also a slight dent in the low positions. However, the frets are over 80% intact and there are no issues with the neck or truss rod.
