Gibson Memphis 2014 Warren Haynes 1961 ES-335

The 'Warren Haynes 1961 ES-335' model is a limited-edition reissue of the 1961 ES-335 that Warren Haynes played with the Allman Brothers Band, Government Mule and others. Only 500 of these guitars were made worldwide.

The original guitar, nicknamed "Big Red" by Haynes himself, is in excellent condition, and this model has been finished in cherry to match.

It features Burstbacker 1 & 2 pickups and a Black Beauty condenser, and the neck has the slim C shape typical of the early '60s.

There is a faint stand mark at the end of the body, the endpin is slightly tilted and there are a few scuffs on the finish around the control knobs. There are also several small dents and scratches across the body. However, none of these are significant enough to detract from the overall appearance and, considering its age, the guitar remains in relatively good condition.

The handwritten serial number on the back of the headstock is slightly faded, but still legible. (The serial number is also printed on the label inside the F-hole.)
