Fender Custom Shop 2013 MBS 1956 Stratocaster Heavy Relic Master Built by Todd Krause

This is the “1956 Stratocaster Heavy Relic” model, crafted by master builder Todd Kraus, who has built many guitars for Eric Clapton.

With its stunning appearance reminiscent of Clapton's famous guitar, "Blackie", the neck has a soft V-shape with slightly thicker grip and clean, tapered ends.

The following modifications have been made:

・Re-fret and re-nut (performed at our partner T.S. Factory)
・Application of conductive paint inside the cavity
・Replacement of the output jack and wiring

The condition is consistent with its age; there are some very shallow dents and pockmarks on the back of the neck resulting from normal use rather than relic processing.

There are no issues with the neck or truss rod, and the re-fret has improved playability.
