PRS 1999 McCarty Archtop Spruce Piezo

This is the 'McCarty Archtop Spruce' model, which was produced for just three years, from 1998 to 2001.

The 'Archtop' features a solid, full-acoustic construction with a body thickness of 2 3/4" (approx. 7 cm) around the perimeter and 4" (approx. 10 cm) at the bridge.

The body top is made of spruce and the sides and back are made of mahogany. It is also equipped with an optional L.R. Baggs piezo pickup.

It features the original 'Archtop Treble & Bass' pickups.

There are several tiny dents accompanied by paint chipping along the outer edges of the body and headstock, as well as a few very shallow dents on the neck grip.

The frets and nut have been replaced, and there is currently almost no wear on the frets. The guitar has excellent playability.
